Strength Training: Stop Chasing Fatigue. Focus On Making Yourself Better.

When it comes to strength training, chasing fatigue and trying to make oneself as tired as possible will compromise the integrity of your form during your workouts, and will hinder your ability to train consistently. As I talk about ALL the time, your form matters, and consistency hugely outweighs intensity! 

If you like to make yourself tired, do so during less technically demanding forms of cardio, and make sure you are recovering well. This is imperative! Even during cardio, be mindful of your form.
