I have coached individuals in person for over 19 years, and online for over 6 years. I use this wealth of experience and wisdom to make my online clients feel like they are working with me in person.  

I do not believe in or use cookie cutter programs or coaching.  I will listen to you, I will address YOUR individual goals and needs, I will educate and empower you, and I will leave no stone unturned! We will work together as a team. The sky is truly the limit! 


When it comes to my coaching, my content, and my own training, I use a “3 E” approach. I always want my clients (or people who follow my work) to feel EDUCATED, EMPOWERED, and EXCITED. The “3 E’s” have been a total game-changer for me as a coach, and as an educator.

I had been working on achieving a pull up on my own and with the help of in person personal trainers for around 3 years and was not making significant progress. In less than a year I was able to achieve my first pull up with Meghan’s online coaching. I believe this was due to Meghan’s knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, especially at the shoulder joint, that enabled me to progress so quickly.
