Many people focus on their physical health, but totally overlook their mental health. Both need to be trained, and consistently.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2063I\u2019m incredibly grateful for the therapy I consistently went to in 2018 and 2019 as this has given me many tools to help me manage (and even improve) my mental health during this pandemic, and for the rest of my life.\u2063<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background\">A few of my daily go-to\u2019s for training my mental health include: \u2063<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u20631) Breathing exercises (this is my form of meditation)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u20632) Practicing gratitude \u2063<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u20633) Hobbies (learning Swedish and refreshing my French)\u2063<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u20634) Leisure reading \u2063<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/meghancallawayfitness.com\/my-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/IMG_9975.jpg?resize=375%2C512&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7852\" width=\"375\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/meghancallawayfitness.com\/my-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/IMG_9975.jpg?resize=749%2C1024&amp;ssl=1 749w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/meghancallawayfitness.com\/my-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/IMG_9975.jpg?resize=219%2C300&amp;ssl=1 219w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/meghancallawayfitness.com\/my-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/IMG_9975.jpg?resize=768%2C1051&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/meghancallawayfitness.com\/my-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/IMG_9975.jpg?resize=1123%2C1536&amp;ssl=1 1123w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/meghancallawayfitness.com\/my-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/IMG_9975.jpg?w=1125&amp;ssl=1 1125w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 375px) 100vw, 375px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">5) My cats \u2063Bailey and Erick. Both bring me a lot of love, laughter, and joy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u20636) Watching baseball (Toronto Blue Jays) has been a huge source of joy for me over the past 20 months.\u2063 I was a huge Jays fan from the late 80s to early 2000s. These past two seasons are the most I\u2019ve ever enjoyed watching\/following baseball!
