Use a range that allows you to maintain proper form. Once you’ve hit the bottom position, use your quads to bring your body back to the top/starting position. For the duration of the exercise, your body should remain in a straight line from your head to knees. Do not allow your lower back to hyperextend, round, or flex laterally, ribcage to flare, torso, spine, or hips to rotate, or weight to shift from knee to knee. For the duration of the exercise, keep your core muscles braced (360 brace around your spine), and squeeze your glutes. In terms of breathing, do what works and feels best for you. #5) Feet Elevated Kettlebell Transfers This exercise improves lumbo-pelvic stability, and shoulder and scapular controlled mobility (and stability on the planted side). Coaching Tips: Get into a plank position, and elevate your feet on a bench or box. Your body should be in a straight line from your head to heels. Your shoulders should be above your hands.⁣ Place a kettlebell (or dumbbell) on one side of your body, and so it’s directly below your shoulder.⁣ Before each rep, take a deep breath in (360 degrees of air around your spine), brace your core (360 degree brace around your spine), tuck your ribs towards your hips (close the space in your midsection/think about wrinkling the front of your shirt), and squeeze your glutes. Now pass the kettlebell to the opposite side of your body. Repeat using the opposite arm.⁣ In terms of your shoulder/shoulder blade on the planted side, do not mindlessly hang out. Press your body away from the floor/towards the ceiling and protract your shoulder blade (move it away from your spine and around your ribcage).⁣⁣ For the duration of the exercise, your body should remain in a straight line from your head to heels. Do not allow your lower back to hyperextend, round, or flex laterally, ribcage to flare, torso, spine, or hips to rotate, weight to shift from foot to foot, or hips to pike or collapse.⁣ For the duration of the exercise, keep your core muscles braced (360 brace around your spine), and squeeze your glutes. In terms of breathing, do what works and feels best for you.⁣

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false

95,22,1,588,26,86,23,110
182,802,840,425,324,878,875,500,811,526,868,870,871,525,877,897,1189,965,869,896,972,1188,895,527,885,968,1190,964,867,887,969,1191,966,1281,1280,1278,1279,1036,1026,1025,899,900,958,960,891,957,959,890,956,955,882,886,1377,1378,1379,1380,1373,1374,1387,1375,1376,1275,1274,1272,1273,1035,1034,1032,1033,1024,1041,1023,1040,1021,1038,1022,1039,1357,236,1502,859,183,874,881,271,326,325,860,173,880,409,872,408,883,516,237,884,400,876,396,1277,846,427,697,1107,696,483,67,487,480,65,915,910,911,347,922,413,72,931,374,384,898,930,489,934,488,479,667,1399,1109,207,645,208,449,233,575,272,635,961,954,591,290,879,330,967,1397,970,353,621,281,1382,1381,1383,1385,620,1372,1384,1386,776,1271,1270,1269,1268,1267,443,754,1018,1031,1030,333,1029,1028,1027,1020,317,172,470,590,298,467,845,1019,762,1398,747,437,455,671,670,873,818
post-3470","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-band-exercises","category-core-exercises","category-fitness","category-kettlebell-exercises","category-lower-body-exercises","category-pushing-movement","category-shoulder-health","category-upper-body-exercises","tag-ab-training","tag-ab-work","tag-ab-workout","tag-ab-workouts","tag-advanced-core-exercises","tag-anti-rotation","tag-anti-rotational-exercises","tag-athlete-training","tag-athletic-training","tag-best-ab-exercise","tag-best-ab-exercises","tag-best-ab-workout","tag-best-ab-workouts","tag-best-core-exercise","tag-best-core-exercise-for-athletes","tag-best-core-exercise-for-pull-ups","tag-best-core-exercise-for-push-ups","tag-best-core-exercise-for-runners","tag-best-core-exercises","tag-best-core-exercises-for-athletes","tag-best-core-exercises-for-pull-ups","tag-best-core-exercises-for-push-ups","tag-best-core-exercises-for-runners","tag-best-core-workout","tag-best-core-workout-for-athletes","tag-best-core-workout-for-pull-ups","tag-best-core-workout-for-push-ups","tag-best-core-workout-for-runners","tag-best-core-workouts","tag-best-core-workouts-for-athletes","tag-best-core-workouts-for-pull-ups","tag-best-core-workouts-for-push-ups","tag-best-core-workouts-for-runners","tag-best-delt-exercise","tag-best-delt-exercises","tag-best-delt-workout","tag-best-delt-workouts","tag-best-exercise-for-scapula-stability","tag-best-exercise-for-shoulder-mobility","tag-best-exercise-for-shoulder-stability","tag-best-glute-exercise","tag-best-glute-workout","tag-best-home-training-program","tag-best-home-workout","tag-best-home-workout-exercise","tag-best-home-workout-exercises","tag-best-home-workout-program","tag-best-home-workouts","tag-best-minimal-equipment-exercise","tag-best-minimal-equipment-workout","tag-best-oblique-exercises","tag-best-oblique-workout","tag-best-quad-building-exercise","tag-best-quad-building-exercises","tag-best-quad-building-workout","tag-best-quad-building-workouts","tag-best-quad-exercise","tag-best-quad-exercises","tag-best-quad-strengthening-exercise","tag-best-quad-workout","tag-best-quad-workouts","tag-best-rotator-cuff-exercise","tag-best-rotator-cuff-exercises","tag-best-rotator-cuff-workout","tag-best-rotator-cuff-workouts","tag-best-scapula-exercise","tag-best-scapula-exercises","tag-best-scapula-workout","tag-best-scapula-workouts","tag-best-shoulder-exercise","tag-best-shoulder-exercise-for-athletes","tag-best-shoulder-exercises","tag-best-shoulder-exercises-for-athletes","tag-best-shoulder-workout","tag-best-shoulder-workout-for-athletes","tag-best-shoulder-workouts","tag-best-shoulder-workouts-for-athletes","tag-bottoms-up-kettlebell-hold","tag-bottoms-up-kettlebell-training","tag-butt-strengthening","tag-core-exercise","tag-core-exercises","tag-core-exercises-for-athletes","tag-core-exercises-for-runners","tag-core-stability","tag-core-stability-exercises","tag-core-stability-training","tag-core-strength","tag-core-training","tag-core-training-for-athletes","tag-core-training-for-men","tag-core-training-for-runners","tag-core-training-for-women","tag-core-warm-up","tag-core-workout","tag-core-workouts","tag-core-workouts-for-athletes","tag-core-workouts-for-men","tag-core-workouts-for-runners","tag-core-workouts-for-women","tag-delt-exercises","tag-delt-workout","tag-eccentric-training","tag-glute-bridge","tag-glute-bridge-form","tag-glute-bridges","tag-glute-building","tag-glute-building-exercises","tag-glute-building-workouts","tag-glute-exercise","tag-glute-exercises","tag-glute-max","tag-glute-medius-exercise","tag-glute-strengthening","tag-glute-training","tag-glute-training-for-athletes","tag-glute-training-for-females","tag-glute-training-for-men","tag-glute-training-for-runners","tag-glute-training-for-women","tag-glute-worko
