On the other side of your body, place a weighted object. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Before each rep, take a deep breath in (360 degrees of air around your spine), brace your core (360 degree brace around your spine), tuck your ribs towards your hips (close the space in your midsection\/think about wrinkling the front of your shirt), and squeeze your glutes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">While maintaining the plank position, perform a single arm row. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">In the top position of the row, do not \u2063\u2063allow your elbow to flare out, and during the lowering component do not keep your shoulder blade pinned (many people do). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Perform the target number of reps on one side before switching sides. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Pay attention to your supporting side. Push away from the surface\/towards the sky and protract your shoulder blade (move it away from your spine and around your ribcage). Do not mindlessly hang out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">For the duration of the exercise, your body should remain in a straight line from the top\/back of your head to heels. Your body should be in a straight line from your head to heels. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Place your hands so they are underneath your shoulders. Your body should be in a straight line from your head to heels. \u2063 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Before each rep, take a deep breath in (360 degrees of air around your spine), brace your core (360 degree brace around your spine), tuck your ribs towards your hips (close the space in your midsection\/think about wrinkling the front of your shirt), and squeeze your glutes. \u2063\u2063\u2063 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">First of all, press your body away from the blocks\/towards the ceiling and protract your shoulder blades (spread them apart, and move them away from your spine, and around your ribcage)\u2063. This movement is here fairly subtle. Do not mindlessly hang out on your shoulders. \u2063\u2063\u2063 \u2063\u2063 \u2063 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Use the muscles in your shoulders and around your shoulder blades and press your body backwards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Once you hit your end range (a range where you are able to maintain proper form), perform the reverse movements and return to the starting position.\u2063 \u2063\u2063\u2063 \u2063\u2063<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Do not keep your shoulder blades pinned.
